Job Level:Senior Accountant
Job Position:Full-time
Responsibilities:Complete tax and/or audit engagements for designated clients as directed by the Supervisor or ManagerIdentify and communicate potential problem areas during engagementsIdentify, research and communicate technical matters to both clients and senior managementDevelop effective client relationships through professionalism and follow-throughOther duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or finance from an accredited college/university.Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting or 5 years of experience in an internal accounting role, and/or appropriate balance of education and work experience preferred.Ability to sit for the CPA exam or passed sections of the CPA exam.Bilingual, fluent in English and Korean highly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Exhibit a strong understanding of accounting and tax rulesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPerform work accurately and in a time efficient manner, with strong attention to detailStrong organizational and follow-through skillsAbility to work collaboratively and foster a productive, team-oriented environmentStrong computer skills, including solid skill in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and WordAbility and willingness to travel (up to 15%)
