Qualified Beauty Therapist

Mombasa Day Spa & Hair Lounge is an award-winning beauty and wellness destination located in the heart of Alice Springs. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our professional and growing team on a full-time basis. Position Details Position: Beauty Therapist Employment Type: Full-Time Hours: 38 hours per week Location: Alice Springs, NT Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per annum plus superannuation About the Role The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering a range of professional beauty therapy treatments while maintaining exceptional customer service standards and contributing to the overall success of the business. Key Duties and Responsibilities • Perform professional facial treatments and skin therapies • Conduct body treatments including body scrubs, wraps and massage treatments • Provide waxing, tinting, lash and brow services • Perform manicures and pedicures • Recommend and retail professional skincare and beauty products • Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and hygiene standards • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Rebook clients and assist in achieving salon performance targets • Complete daily salon operational duties • Adhere to workplace health and safety requirements • Work collaboratively within a team environment Skills and Experience Required • Diploma of Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification • Minimum two years of relevant industry experience • Demonstrated experience providing beauty therapy treatments in a salon, spa or clinic environment • Strong customer service and communication skills • High level of professionalism and personal presentation • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Strong organisational and time management skills • Availability to work Saturdays and late evenings as required What We Offer • Competitive salary package • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities • Supportive and professional team environment • Staff discounts on products and services • Career growth opportunities within an established business • Relocation assistance may be available for suitable candidates • Visa sponsorship may be considered for suitably qualified applicants How to Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your qualifications and experience to: ruby@mombasadayspa.com.au Applications close: 15 July 2026 Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
