Australia's leading poultry company requires a Hatchery Manager for their hatchery in Western Sydney, NSW. Salary package includes accommodation in a 3-bedroom house.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining strict biosecurity, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Collaborating with farm and logistics teams to meet production targets.
- Monitoring equipment, overseeing preventative maintenance, and managing hatchery
- performance
- Driving continuous improvement in hatch rates and operational efficiency.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in poultry hatchery management.
- Knowledge of biosecurity, animal welfare, and OH&S regulations.
- Well developed organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A hands-on, proactive approach to operations management.
