Philippines Business Lead to drive growth in
water treatment solutions across the Philippines market. This role will lead business development through
direct sales and channel partners, focusing on energy efficiency, water conservation, productivity improvement, and environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:- Grow the Philippines business through direct and channel sales
- Acquire new customers and manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle
- Develop and manage distributors and channel partners
- Drive improvement, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities at existing plants
- Manage revenue, margins, and collaborate with technical and service teams
- Extensive travel (~180 days/year)
Requirements:- Strong experience in channel/distributor sales
- Background in technical or solution sales
- Business‑level English; able to engage with C‑level stakeholders
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Experience in water treatment or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Philippines market experience is preferred
- Japanese language skills would be an advantage
