Senior Software Engineer

Senior Platform Engineer (Azure / Kubernetes) UAE | On-site | $140,000–170,000 base + Discretionary Bonus
We’re hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to own production systems end-to-end, operatingdistributed and model-driven workloads at scale in a cloud-native environment.
Why this role● Own production systems end-to-end: design and operate infrastructure onMicrosoft Azure, including reliability, incidents, and platform stability● Direct impact on live systems: run and scale user-facing services on Kubernetes,optimising for performance, reliability, and cost● Serious engineering environment: build and operate CI/CD systems that enablefast, repeatable, and safe deployments● Complex, distributed systems: implement observability and solve real scalingchallenges● Drive platform evolution: lead infrastructure-as-code and automation acrossenvironments● Work on meaningful workloads: operate model-serving and inference systems inproduction, with the autonomy to improve and evolve the platform
Apply if you:● Have strong experience operating large-scale production systems as a Platform /SRE / DevOps Engineer● Bring deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes in production● Build and operate CI/CD systems, and write Python for automation● Understand system reliability, security, and cloud-native best practices, and canwork directly with engineering teams to deploy and run services in production
Nice to have● Experience running model-serving / inference systems in production or supportingGPU workloads● Comfortable using tools like Claude or Cursor to improve workflows
Package● $140K–170K base + bonus (depending on experience)● 30 days holiday + public holidays● Family medical + education allowance● UAE visa sponsorship + relocation support
