In particular, we specialise in providing services such as UK university applications and course tutoring. Role SummaryWe are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to join our Birmingham-based team. This role focuses on overseeing customer service operations, managing client communications, and ensuring a high standard of support for students and parents. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily customer service operations relating to UK university applications, academic support services, and student enquiries
  • Support international students and parents throughout the admissions and consultation process, including responding to enquiries and resolving service-related issues
  • Co-ordinate communication between students, parents, consultants, tutors, and university partners to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Supervise customer service staff and help maintain professional standards in client communication and follow-up procedures
  • Keep up to date with UK university admissions policies, programme information, deadlines, and application requirements to support customer enquiries accurately, while handling complaints professionally, and resolving issues in line with procedures
  • Maintain accurate customer records, monitor client feedback, and prepare operational reports to improve service quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, student support, administration, or service management roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with international students and parents
  • Good organisational, problem-solving, and team management abilities
  • Familiarity with the expectations and support needs of international students and their parents
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple client cases and enquiries
  • Mandarin speaking preferred, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese highly desirable
