What You’ll Do Be the Heart of Docasa Ivanhoe

• Greet and engage with customers, making them feel valued and welcome.

Lead & Inspire the Team

• Train, mentor and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service with a smile.

Create an Amazing Customer Experience

• Ensure every guest has a memorable experience, from coffee lovers to brunch enthusiasts.
• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
• Handle feedback with warmth and professionalism, always striving for improvement.

Manage & Improve Operations

• Oversee day-to-day cafe operations with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Manage staff rosters, workflow, and service standards.
• Keep stock levels optimized and work closely with suppliers.
• Ensure the cafe operates smoothly, maintaining quality and consistency.

Drive Business Growth & Innovation

• Bring fresh ideas to improve service, menu offerings, and the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate on marketing strategies and promotions to grow the business.
• Keep an eye on daily wages, sales, budgets, and profitability, making smart operational decisions.

What We’re Looking For Experience & Skills

• Previous hospitality management experience in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication and people skills.
• A natural people-person who radiates positivity and enthusiasm.
• Passion for specialty coffee, great food and outstanding service.
• Ability to multi-task, stay calm under pressure and solve problems on the go.
• Experience with POS systems, rostering and stock management.
