Position: Lead Guidewire Jutro Developer Location: Louisville, KY - Onsite Duration: Long term Experience: 10+ years Visa: H1B, - USC
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Guidewire Jutro Developer Policy Center with strong expertise in Jutro framework to lead development initiatives, mentor the team, and ensure successful delivery of Policy Center implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience in Guidewire Policy Center, UI customization using Jutro, and integration with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee end-to-end development on Guidewire Policy Center with focus on Jutro UI framework.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Drive design, configuration, integration, and customization efforts in Policy Center.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to development team members.
Ensure best practices in coding, performance optimization, and Guidewire standards compliance.
Work on Jutro-based modern UI components, tailoring user experiences to business needs.
Support integration with external systems, APIs, and enterprise middleware.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide production support when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Guidewire Policy Center development.
Strong hands-on expertise in Jutro framework and UI development.
Proficiency in Gosu, Guidewire configuration, and integration (GOSU/Java/Web Services/REST APIs).
Experience with Guidewire tools: Studio, GUnit, Batch, Data Model configuration.
Knowledge of Guidewire integration points (messaging, plugins, web services).
Solid experience in Agile methodology and CI/CD practices.
Strong problem-solving skills, leadership capabilities, and ability to manage a team.
Guidewire Certifications (Policy Center Specialist/ACE/Jutro) Preferred.
