Sponsorship: Available for eligible candidates Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a prepared Montessori classroom that is child-centered, inspiring, and promotes independence.
• Observe and assess each child’s progress to tailor learning experiences and adapt lessons to individual needs.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative classroom community that encourages curiosity and joy in learning.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and team members to build a strong and supportive educational environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Montessori teaching experience
• Montessori Certification (AMI, AMS, or MACTE accredited)
• Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative approach to working in a diverse school setting
• Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new cultural environment
