Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operator with warehouse experience who is bilingual in English and Chinese. Job Responsibilities:

Implement Warehouse SOPs – Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and organized warehouse operations.
Equipment Operation – Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and other warehouse machinery as required.
Daily Inventory Management – Perform inspection, storage, stacking, safekeeping, inventory counting, and reconciliation of warehouse materials.
Picking & Dispatching – Conduct order picking, verification, loading, and shipment tasks to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Document Management – Maintain and archive relevant documentation to ensure data security and traceability.
Data Processing – Oversee warehouse data statistics, archiving, accounting, and system data entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Team Collaboration – Work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.
Other Duties – Assist with additional tasks assigned by the department supervisor and adapt to ad-hoc responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

1+ year of relevant experience in a warehouse setting.
Familiarity with warehouse inbound and outbound processes and strong inventory management skills.
Forklift operation or machinery experience is required (e.g., forklift, cherry picker).
Experience with eCcang system is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Work Attitude: Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of teamwork and efficient execution.
