With over 5,800 installations completed, we work with top-tier products and a strong network of suppliers. The Role:We’re looking for a skilled Flooring Installer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for installing vinyl, hybrid, and timber flooring in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring every job meets our high standards. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on high-rise projects and unique installations across the Gold Coast and beyond. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare subfloors and install vinyl, hybrid, and timber flooring to manufacturer standards
• Liaise with customers and project managers to deliver exceptional results
• Ensure all installations are completed efficiently and to a high quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in flooring installation (minimum 3 years preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver’s licence and own tools (preferred)
