• Have practised sufficient direct patient care in the last two years to maintain their competence to practise; and,
• Hold an active pharmacist license/registration in good standing in a designated jurisdiction:

○ Australia
○ Great Britain
○ New Zealand
○ Republic of Ireland
○ United States of America.Locations: Grande Prairie and Wembley, Alberta, CanadaRegistration Requirements:

• Must first obtain registration with the Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists
• Subsequently transfer license to Alberta College of Pharmacy

Exceptional Compensation Package:

• Competitive hourly rate: $CAD58-70/hour
• Performance bonus: $3,000-$15,000 end of contract ** 1 to 3 years
• Clinical Practice Bonus: 30% first year, 40% subsequent years (refer to Alberta Blue Cross Pharmacist Clinical Compensation)

Required Qualifications:

• B.Sci. Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
• Current Injection Certification
• Valid BLS Certification
• Proficiency in Kroll Pharmacy software
• English language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional Prescribing Authority (APA) or willing to obtain within one year
• Laboratory and (LEP) certification
