Your Impact & Responsibilities

• User Support: Assist French-speaking clients with questions regarding digital wallets, payment processing, and account inquiries.

• Data Integrity: Follow strict security protocols to maintain the safety of financial data and prevent fraudulent activity.
• International Collaboration: Use your English skills to coordinate with global teams and stay updated on the latest fintech trends.

What You Bring

• Language Proficiency: You speak and write French at a native or near-native level and possess a solid B2 command of English.

Compensation & Rewards

• Base Salary: €930 Gross per month (paid 14 times a year).
• Commitment Bonus: A €65 monthly allowance for maintaining excellent attendance.
