Sports Ground Person

We are seeking an experienced Sports Ground Person to maintain and manage sports fields and facilities in Queensland. This role involves ensuring safe, professional, and optimal ground conditions. Happy sponsor on 482 visa if we are unable source locally. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and mow sports fields to a high standard
• Mark and line playing fields
• Monitor and maintain irrigation systems
• Clean and maintain sports equipment and facilities
• Prepare fields for events and ensure safety
• Follow safety regulations and maintain equipment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic grounds maintenance knowledge
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Attention to detail and focus on safety
• Ability to work independently or as a team

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work in varying weather
• Flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
