Day Spa Therapist Supervisor

Tekapo Springs is a leading tourism activity operator based in Lake Tekapo. We offer summer and winter activities including hot pools, an aqua play and cooler deep pool, a snow tube-park, ice rink, mini golf, a fully equipped day spa and licensed café. We think we have one of the best views in the world – mountains, lakes and stars! We also operate star gazing tours at night. We are looking for a mature, professional, and experienced person to help lead our Day Spa Team. We are looking for a person who is passionate about the spa industry, sales, and customer service. You would have a sense of passion and drive to lead a small professional team of therapists. A supervisor that leads by example in treatments but also manages there time to look after rosters, stock management, scheduler management and training and upskilling our team of therapists. As a fully Immigration New Zealand Accredited business we are happy to take applications from international applicants and New Zealanders alike. Essential skills and Attributes: Leadership and planning skills. Pride in your work and workplace. Have worked as a beauty and body therapist. Retail sales experience. An eye for detail with presentation as a priority Business Savvy Computer literacy energetic and positive mental attitude This is a permanent role. The Spa is open 10am – 8pm daily.
