🔍 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail Solution Architect / SME with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Retail implementations.

✅ Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Retail projects
• Strong experience in designing and implementing Oracle Retail solutions
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Retail MOM Suite: RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM
• Exposure to SQL, PL/SQL, and Pro*C code understanding
• Experience working in Agile ERP implementation projects

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders
• Design functional solutions for Oracle Retail applications
• Deliver high-level functional specifications
• Understand end-to-end IT & business processes in Oracle Retail environments
• Apply project management knowledge across development & support cycles
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore developers and testers
