• Childcare Diploma qualified (ACECQA Approved)
• Minimum 5 plus years is MUST in Childcare
• Extensive experience in the sector
• Good communication skills
• Must be flexible with the shifts
• Solid understanding of the programming and planning cycle
• Ability to build respectful relationships with fellow educators, families, children and other professionals
