The ideal candidate can do it all. They possess strong technical skills, is a master of managing the complexities of a tax practice, loves making their team the best they can be, and enjoys helping their clients succeed financially. Commensurate with performance the right candidate will be able to earn 3.33% equity each year for the first 3 years of employment. This is an opportunity where you will be able to make more of an impact than anywhere else in your career.Our requirements are stringent:· 10 - 15 years + of accounting firm tax experience· 5 years staff supervisory experience· CPA mandatory· Comfortable working with closely held businesses and their owners with revenues under 5M· Spending 90% of tax work reviewing staff returns, 10% preparing complex business and HNW individual returns· Skilled in client tax planning· Proven track record of mentoring, developing and managing staff· Demonstrated ability to maintain client relationships and to be a trusted business advisor· Able to oversee reviews and compilations· Excellent project management skills· Proficiency in Ultra Tax CS, Practice CS, QuickBooks and Microsoft Office· Foreign Tax experience a plus· Industry experience a plus in: Medical, Professional Services, Restaurants/Hospitality, Entertainers/Athletes, Retail/WholesaleWe offer an outstanding compensation package including:· Base salary of 150k to 200k commensurate with experience· Earn 10% equity within 36 months commensurate with performance· Health, dental & vision insurance· 4 weeks’ vacation to start, unlimited PTO once equity is earned· 3% 401k match· Will provide H1-B to an eligible candidate· And more…..Job Type: Full-timePay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:
