Job Description:

Position: Cost Analyst

Location: Houston, TX

Job Description

Assist in analyzing manufacturing costs, subcontracting costs, logistics, andduty costs.
Monitor actual costs versus standard costs and budgets, and prepare varianceanalysis reports.
Support monthly cost reports, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgetpreparation.
Assist with inventory cost tracking and cost reduction initiatives.
Coordinate with factory, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensurecost accuracy.
Support internal and external audits as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Industrial Engineering, orrelated fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Mandarin speaking is highly preferred due to frequent communication withteams in Asia.
Open to candidates who require work sponsorship (OPT/CPT/H1B)
