What is this challenge about
Write clean and maintainable code in .NET C#, also using modern tools such as Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch;
Regularly deliver high-quality, functional software in collaboration with the team;
Develop a deep and specialized knowledge of the team's codebase;
Conduct detailed and constructive code reviews, focusing not only on the code but also on a long-term vision;
Ensure adequate documentation for critical systems and produce technical guides used by other engineers;
Monitor dashboards and alerts, responding to incidents with an appropriate level of urgency;
Drive technical decisions, identifying trade-offs and risks, ensuring technical alignment at the organizational level;
Diagnose the root cause of complex technical problems and implement fixes accompanied by automated regression tests;
Lead the definition and refinement of technical improvements;
Mentor, guide, and empower other engineers, sharing knowledge through demos and technical presentations.

What we are looking for
At least 5 years of experience in similar roles;
Solid knowledge in the application of microservices architectures, including different patterns, techniques, and their trade-offs;
Experience working in AI environment;
Experience with Front-End technologies such as Angular or Node.js is valued;
Experience with event-driven architectures and streaming/messaging tools such as Kafka (preferred), Pulsar, RabbitMQ, among others;
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch, knowing how to choose the appropriate technology according to the use case;
Experience in environments with CI/CD pipelines for application deployment;
Proven ability to identify opportunities for improving best practices within the team and share knowledge;
Ability to solve highly complex technical problems autonomously;
Experience working in Agile environments;
Experience in technical leadership, including mentoring other engineers;
Knowledge of the use of Feature Flags to accelerate releases.
Proficiency in English.
