OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant establishment. Duties- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Manage staff schedules, oversee training programmes, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high culinary standards
- Monitor food safety procedures and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Assist in food production and kitchen management, including inventory control and ordering supplies
- Serve as the point of contact for guest feedback, resolving any issues promptly and professionally
- Organise staff meetings and training sessions to promote continuous improvement in service quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the restaurant environment
- Lead by example in delivering excellent hospitality and customer service at all times
Requirements- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting, with demonstrated team management skills
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production
- Experience in managing restaurant operations, including serving, barista duties, or hotel experience is desirable
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
- Solid understanding of hospitality principles with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Relevant experience in kitchen environments or food service roles is highly advantageous
