We are a major provider of healthcare services across Australia, including allied health, primary care, recruitment, NDIS, care services, and training.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Workforce Administration Coordinator to support our Allied Health team within the broader Health Services business unit. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the team by acting as the key point of contact for all administrative and compliance-related matters.You will be responsible for managing documentation, facilitating onboarding, maintaining compliance systems, and supporting internal processes that contribute to audit success. Your work will directly enhance the experience of our team members while upholding the highest standards of administrative support and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for all Allied Health administrative and support matters.
  • Manage uniform orders, visa sponsorship documentation, and AHPRA registration paperwork, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Ensure effective onboarding and ongoing compliance to meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a current database of active workers to prevent compliance gaps and support engagement initiatives.
  • Support the success of annual audits through strong documentation and database management.
  • Provide general and ad hoc administrative assistance to the team.

About You:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Confident and professional in liaising with key stakeholders, including over the phone.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and databases.
  • Ability to assess priorities effectively and manage competing tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in a customer service or client-facing environments, healthcare, or compliance-focused role will be highly regarded.
