Job Title: Data Architect or Lead
Location: Edison, NJ- Onsite
Visa: OR H1B Transfers (form TCS, Infosys etc)
Job Description:
12 15 years of overall experience, combining solution architecture with hands-on delivery.
Strong client-facing skills, able to lead conversations, manage expectations, and handle escalations calmly.
Hands-on technologist who can step in to design, review, and, when needed, build/debug components not just guide from the sidelines.
Proficient in Data Solutions, preferably with practical, hands-on experience on Databricks (Lakehouse, ETL, analytics, or AI workloads).
Strong hands-on experience with PySpark and Python for large-scale data processing and transformation.
Experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.
