Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Truck Driver / Heavy Machinery Operator to join our civil and plumbing operations team in Tennant Creek. This is a stable, full-time, town-based role with relocation support available.About the RoleYou’ll operate trucks and machinery to support civil and plumbing projects across Tennant Creek and the Barkly Region, completing transport, excavation, and site tasks safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities
  • Operate trucks and machinery (excavator, loader, etc.)
  • Transport materials and equipment to/from work sites
  • Carry out daily pre-starts and basic maintenance
  • Assist civil and plumbing teams on site
  • Maintain accurate records and follow all safety procedures

What You Need
  • HR licence or higher
  • Relevant plant operating tickets (excavator, loader, etc.)
  • White Card, Ochre Card (or ability to obtain), Police Clearance
  • Proven experience in truck driving and machinery operation
  • Strong commitment to safety and compliance
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Desirable
  • Previous remote/regional NT work
  • Additional machinery tickets
  • First Aid or safety qualifications
