Duties- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, preparation, and execution of dishes.
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Help cook and prepare meals, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Oversee food production processes, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
