Position Overview The On-Site Labourer plays a vital role in supporting the installation of precast concrete products. This role involves working outdoors on construction sites, assisting tradespeople, and ensuring safe and efficient delivery of Adseal’s precast finishing services. Key Responsibilities

• General Labouring Duties
• Patch repair and finish concrete as required.
• Use hand and power tools for fixing precast elements.
• Assist tradespeople (carpenters, concreters, riggers) with daily tasks.
• Safety & Compliance
• Follow all WHS (Work Health & Safety) procedures.
• Wear appropriate PPE (hard hat, steel-capped boots, hi-vis clothing).
• Report hazards and incidents promptly.

Skills & Qualifications (Training provided)

• Essential
• White Card (Construction Induction).
• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Desirable
• Experience in precast concrete or construction labouring.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

Working Conditions

• Location: Adelaide and surrounding project sites.
• Hours: Full-time, with occasional overtime depending on project deadlines.
