Role Overview
High-impact frontend engineering role responsible for transforming complex AI-driven logistics workflows into intuitive, high-performance product experiences. You will own frontend architecture and define standards that enable rapid scaling.
Core Responsibilities
- Architect and lead frontend systems for real-time, data-intensive dashboards using TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS
- Build human-in-the-loop AI interfaces that make automated workflows transparent and explainable
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and scoping to production monitoring
- Define technical direction and mentor engineers
- Ensure high uptime and reliability across complex logistics workflows
- Work directly with founders and customers to rapidly iterate and ship features
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of software engineering experience in fast-paced environments
- Deep expertise in TypeScript and React with complex state management
- Strong backend familiarity with Python and advanced PostgreSQL
- Proven startup experience with real product impact
- Builder mindset with bias toward shipping
- Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating AI APIs or document extraction systems
- Background from top academic institutions
- Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or enterprise workflow platforms
