The role

• Senior agency position specialising in cyber security and data recruitment
• Coverage across permanent and contract markets
• Opportunity to step into an existing desk or build out a new vertical depending on preference
• Full ownership of clients and candidates with genuine autonomy

Package and earning potential

• Base salary $95,000 to $135,000 depending on experience
• Monthly commission with a clear and transparent structure
• Six month ramp period with reduced or no threshold
• High commission rates for senior performers with strong upside
• Realistic OTE $200,000 plus for experienced billers
