Hiring a Telecom Expense Management Analyst to manage telecom costs, analyze large datasets, audit invoices, and identify cost-saving opportunities across wireless, voice, data, and cloud services.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze telecom expenses, invoices, and vendor reports for discrepancies and savingsPerform data analysis, budgeting, and forecastingAudit telecom usage and validate billing accuracyWork with large datasets using Excel, Tableau, and Power BIGenerate reports via ServiceNow and validate asset records with carriersTrack vendor payments, contracts, and procurement forecastsIdentify process improvements and optimize cost managementPresent insights and reports to leadershipRequired Skills10+ years in Telecom Expense Management / Financial AnalysisStrong experience with invoice auditing & large data analysisAdvanced Excel, Tableau/Power BI skillsExperience with ServiceNow and PeopleSoftKnowledge of SQL (preferred)Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsPreferredFinance/Accounting/Economics backgroundTelecom vendor & contract management experienceProcess automation experience.
