Pay: $70,000 - $110,000Job Type: Permanent (On-Site)Experience: 3+ years requiredAbout the Role:As a Process Engineer, you will develop cost-effective manufacturing solutions for stamped metal component assembly that meet customer requirements for quality, cost, and timing. You will serve as the bridge between engineering, suppliers, and production, ensuring assembly lines are designed, implemented, and maintained to be safe, efficient, and compliant with industry standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assembly lines on time while meeting cost, quality, and safety targets (OSHA compliant).
• Apply lean manufacturing principles, ergonomic design, and efficient material flow strategies.
• Manage supplier relations and maintain effective communication with customers.
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize manpower allocation and machine balancing.
• Support APQP processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and problem-solving activities.
• Uphold high safety standards and enforce 5S housekeeping practices.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required; B.S. in Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive manufacturing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of assembly tooling, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and control systems.
