Our team works with small and medium businesses across transport, construction and trade industries.We're fast-paced, growth-focused, and heavily invested in marketing technology, automation and AI. Our team uses Claude every day across campaign planning, copywriting, content production, data analysis and workflow automation — and we expect our Marketing Specialist to lead the way on it. About the roleWe're hiring a Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital marketing function. Reporting directly to the Director, you'll plan and execute paid advertising campaigns, manage lead generation activity through HubSpot, and use AI tools daily to scale output across content, reporting and creative production.This is a hands-on, end-to-end role: you'll be running live campaigns with real budget, owning attribution and reporting, producing content with AI-assisted workflows, and contributing directly to the lead pipeline that feeds our broker team. Key responsibilities
  • Plan, develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, including creative testing, audience targeting and budget management
  • Use Claude and other AI tools daily for campaign copywriting, ad variant generation, content production, briefing and editing
  • Manage lead generation activity and attribution architecture within HubSpot CRM
  • Build and refine AI-assisted marketing workflows across content production, reporting and campaign analysis
  • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs (cost per lead, conversion rate, return on ad spend) and optimise spend allocation
  • Coordinate co-branded and partner-led marketing campaigns from brief through to launch
  • Produce multi-channel marketing content — long-form, social, email, video scripts — using AI-augmented production workflows
  • Liaise with internal content, operations and sales teams to align marketing output with business objectives
  • Produce monthly marketing performance reporting and contribute to strategic planning
  • Identify new market opportunities, channels and AI capabilities to support business growth

Skills and experience
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a marketing role with a focus on digital and paid acquisition
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
  • Experience managing campaigns on at least one additional paid channel (TikTok Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Strong working fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent) applied to real marketing output — prompt design, content production, structured analysis
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM or equivalent (Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights
  • Experience producing multi-channel marketing content and coordinating creative production
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business or related discipline (preferred)
  • Excellent written communication, editorial judgement and attention to detail
  • Self-directed, curious about new tools, and comfortable owning end-to-end campaign delivery
