Position Summary:The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for the company’s range of security solutions. This role involves identifying potential clients, presenting tailored service packages, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and consultative selling. The Business Development Executive plays a key role in expanding the company’s client base and strengthening its market position in the security industry.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development:- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities within both the public and private sectors for services.
Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular contact, ensuring a deep understanding of their security needs and expectations.
Sales Presentations & Proposals:- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, tenders, and proposals that clearly communicate the value and benefits.
Negotiation & Closing:- Negotiate terms of agreements, prepare contracts, and close sales effectively to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Market Research & Strategy:- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities and recommend strategies for business growth.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:- Work closely with the operations, finance, and administrative teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and contractual agreements.
Reporting & Forecasting:- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
Customer Retention:- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by following up on service performance, addressing feedback, and promoting contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the security services, facilities management, or service industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
Work Environment:- Field-based and office-based, involving client visits, presentations, and collaboration with internal teams.
