Project Manager (Healthcare)
Raynham, MA (Onsite/Hybrid) Role Description:
At least 6 years relevant experience in Project Management in Medical Devices
Extensive experience with Project Management tools and concepts.
Must have the experience of conducting and leading project review meetings at different levels of organization.
Experience in project planning, developing timelines and managing resource allocation.
Must have experience of planning and managing product development projects involving cross-functional teams such as R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Quality Engineering, Regulatory Affairs etc.
Experience in managing projects from start to finish, through the project phases and meeting project timelines.
Experience of preparing and presenting Project Management Matrices like Gannt Chart, Swimlane Report, Milestone Report, Risk Register etc. to the Middle and Upper Management, including project Sponsor and PMO. PMP or equivalent certification is preferable (not mandatory if have required Project Management experience in Medical Device NPD).
Experience in Robotics, Digital Products and SaMD (Software as Medical Devices) and SiMD (Software in a Medical Devices) will be preferred.
Exposure to Product Development Documentation like DHF.
Exposure to Product Development phases and stages in Medical Devices industry Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project; experienced with Full Monte or Planisware risk adjust software.
Candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Conflict management skills and the ability to manage complex cross-functional and cross-cultural teams are a must.
