  • Oversee daily hotel operations, including accommodation services, front desk activities, and food & beverage outlets
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate teams across housekeeping, reception, F&B, and support departments
  • Manage guest relations by ensuring high‑quality customer service and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate food and beverage operations, including restaurant service, catering, and special events
  • Implement revenue management strategies to optimise occupancy rates and profitability
  • Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and support financial planning and forecasting activities
  • Conduct night audits, financial reconciliations, and prepare operational performance reports
  • Develop and deliver staff training programs, including guest service standards and phone etiquette
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations across all hotel operations
  • Maintain strong communication across departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

Candidate Requirements Required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and F&B management
  • Excellent leadership and team supervision skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and operational reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple departments in a fast‑paced environment
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (visa sponsorship available for suitable candidates)

Preferred
  • Experience working in resorts, large hotels, or multi‑department hospitality environments
  • Experience with hotel management systems and revenue optimisation tools
  • Background in training staff and implementing service improvement initiatives
