Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and assist in reviewing individual, partnership, corporate, and trust tax returns
  • Support senior staff on complex domestic and international tax engagements
  • Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to support accurate and compliant filings
  • Perform general accounting and financial statement preparation as needed
  • Collaborate with the in-office team to solve unique client challenges
  • Participate in continuous learning, technical assignments, and professional development initiatives

Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in accounting principles; formal accounting education required
  • Some exposure to tax preparation or coursework preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and committed to quality and accuracy
  • Willingness to pursue the CPA license (firm supports and encourages exam preparation)
  • Ability to work full-time in person at the San Francisco office (8:30 a.m. start time)
  • Must reside within 30 minutes of San Francisco

Additional Information
Visa sponsorships accepted: H1B, EAD, TN, Green Card
Compensation: $70,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience
Interview Process: In-person interviews only (includes aptitude and accounting assessments)
Start Date: Immediate
