Junior production coordinator(Graduate/Trainee)-Mandarin and English Speaking

This opportunity will see you join a strong brand, highly experienced team with a reputation for blow moulding & Injection machines.We are seeking a self-motivated, junior production coordinator to join our company based in Wetherill park NSW Key Duties Key Duties

• Assist in raising production orders for stock-on-hand (SOH) items.
• Generate inventory reports to support inventory control, cycle counting, and annual stocktake.
• Assist with purchasing packaging, components, pallets, and consumables while maintaining system integrity.
• Forecast and analyse demand to anticipate material and resource requirements.
• Maintain and update production status.
• Liaise closely with the production team to monitor manufacturing progress and ensure completed production quantities are accurately entered into the ERP system in a timely manner.
• Verify production reporting with the factory floor and resolve any discrepancies between physical production and system records.
• Print and prepare pallet labels for production orders, ensuring labels are accurate and available before dispatch or warehousing.
• Support continuous improvement of production planning and inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Recent graduate holding a 485 visa or other valid working visa.
• Own reliable vehicle for commuting.
• Previous factory or production experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with production, warehouse, and purchasing teams.
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and computer skills.

Salary: $34/hr casual for the first 3 months; transition to full-time at $32/hr thereafter Benefits: Employer visa sponsorship. Full on site training will be providedJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $64,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
