BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our Briarwood Family Medicine team in

Opportunity Highlights
- Outpatient Practice
- Join a team of 2 Physicians and 3 APP’s
- 36 Patient Contact Hours
- Call: 1-8 rotation
- Clinic chronic care coordination team, behavioral health support services
- On-site X-ray and lab services

Compensation And Benefits
- 2-year income guarantee of $290,100 /yr + production incentives
- $300,000 Bonus Package
- Moving allowance up to $15,000
