Position: Operations Customer Expert
Location: Lisbon, Portugal

- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responding to customer inquiries and concerns about products, offering accurate information and helpful solutions.
- Providing guidance and support on proper product usage.
- Sharing details about product ingredients and composition as needed.
- Assisting in situations involving emergencies or misuse of products.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluent in Turkish (C1), both oral and written. Fluency in English (at least B2. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Proficiency in using computers and common office software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn about products, policies, and procedures.
