Sales Support & Office Coordinator (Construction Industry)Location: Bayswater, WAWe are a growing WA-based manufacturer supplying the commercial construction industry. As the business expands, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive person to support our sales team and help keep our office operating smoothly.This is a key support role within the business.The role combines sales coordination and CRM management with general office administration responsibilities.About the role:This role is approximately:
- 70–80% Sales Support / Coordination
- 20–30% General Office Administration
Sales Support responsibilities:
- Identifying project opportunities from sources such as BCI and other industry platforms
- Entering and managing leads within our CRM system
- Tracking sales activity and preparing CRM reports
- Supporting the sales team with targeted outreach and meeting coordination
- Helping ensure opportunities are followed through properly
Office responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls and visitors
- Coordinating meeting rooms and general office organisation
- Managing office consumables, mail, and general office upkeep
- Supporting a professional and organised office environment
