This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering person-centred care to older Australians and community clients.Visa sponsorship is available for suitable overseas candidates who meet the registration requirements.About the RoleAs a Home Care Occupational Therapist, you will provide comprehensive assessments, therapy, equipment prescription, home modifications, and rehabilitation services that enable clients to live safely and independently in their own homes.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments in clients' homes.
• Develop and implement personalised intervention and rehabilitation plans.
• Recommend and prescribe assistive technology and equipment.
• Complete home safety assessments and recommend home modifications.
• Support clients with falls prevention, mobility, daily living activities, and independence.
• Work collaboratively with GPs, allied health professionals, families, and care teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in accordance with professional standards.

About YouYou will have:

• A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current registration with AHPRA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing a mobile caseload.
• Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
• National Police Check.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Previous experience in community health, aged care, rehabilitation, or home care is desirable but not essential.
