Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Adhesion. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google, Facebook, Bing, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive customer engagement and achieve business objectives. This is a full-time position based in our Mount Eden, Auckland office. Job Description What you'll be doing

• Set Up & Manage Customer Campaigns – You won't just be watching from the sidelines. You’ll take the wheel on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Bing Ads, building campaigns that drive real traffic and revenue.
• Optimise Campaign Performance – Use your analytical skills to monitor live campaigns. You’ll spot trends, test new strategies, and tweak settings to ensure our clients get the best return on ad spend.
• Ensure Effective Reporting – Deliver weekly/monthly reports. You’ll turn raw data into clear, actionable insights, showing clients exactly how your work is helping their business grow.
• Propose & Implement New Initiatives – We love fresh perspectives. You’ll have the freedom to spot opportunities and pitch creative new initiatives to clients to take their campaigns to the next level.
• Maintain Customer Relationships – You’ll be the main point of contact for your clients, guiding them through their digital journey and keeping everyone aligned on the wins.

• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred

• You might not be a pro at Google Ads or Analytics just yet, and that’s okay! We have great training. We just need you to be eager to learn, and brave enough to ask questions when you're stuck.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year Benefits:
