We are looking for a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist and PTA's with a California license. Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide a high quality rehabilitation experience to a varied clientele from seniors to athletes. Strong manual skills are a huge plus
• PT will be required to perform evaluations, progress reports, devise appropriate plan of care, create skilled exercise programs, monitor progress and perform planned discharges
• Help measure and track intervention effectiveness
• Collaborate with team to meet company goals and maintain high level of productivity
• Provide exceptional patient care, and meet incentive goals
• Follow HIPAA and Medicare regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Benefits:

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including exercises and therapeutic modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistance or related field.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and physical therapy techniques.
• Experience in outpatient or acute care settings preferred.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Compassionate attitude towards patient care.
