This is a Junior Audit Manager position within a close-knit, high-performing audit team, and it's built for someone who is ready to step fully into leadership. You'll be managing teams, owning client relationships, and reporting directly to a Partner. Real accountability, real visibility, and work that actually means something.

About you:
You bring energy and focus into everything you do, you earn trust quickly, and you know how to get the best out of the people around you. You're technically strong but you think commercially, you communicate with confidence at every level, and you hold yourself to a standard that doesn't need managing.

• Professionally CA, CPA, ACA, RA qualified
• 5+ years in audit from a Big 4/Top 10 firm
• A natural leader who motivates, develops, and inspires those around them
• Strong communicator, comfortable at boardroom level and with diverse client types
• Commercially sharp with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ready to take full ownership of clients, teams, and budgets
