Job Description:
  • Identify new market opportunities and segments for manufacturing products.
  • Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and entering new territories.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with distributors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate participation in industry trade shows and networking events.
  • Create and execute social media strategies to showcase manufacturing capabilities.
  • Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Oversee automated quotation tools and integrate with manufacturing processes.
  • Develop standardised quotation templates and pricing models.
  • Resolve customer issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to meet market demands.
  • Provide market feedback to influence product development.
  • Support new product launches and market introductions.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape; report on market conditions.
  • Track and analyse sales metrics from all channels, including digital and exhibitions.
  • Implement and manage CRM systems for tracking customer interactions.
  • Use data analytics to optimise pricing strategies and sales processes
  • Preferred experience in designing within construction industry
