We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about delivering quality care to our paediatric patients, with roles available nationwide.

To work as a Paediatrician (Senior Medical Officer) in New Zealand, you must become registered to practice with the Medical Council of New Zealand. Practitioners need to meet competency standards and hold Annual Practising Certificates (APCs) to work safely and effectively. Salary and Benefits

Senior Medical Officers receive 6 weeks of annual leave and 12 paid public holidays, giving you time to explore our beautiful country and raise a family in our diverse communities. Along with your base salary as a Senior Medical Officer you will have ongoing professional development and will work alongside a multi-disciplinary and supportive team.
  • Medical Officers' annual salaries range from NZ $142K - NZ $210K, plus allowances.
  • Medical Specialists' annual salaries range from NZ $185K - NZ $267K, plus allowances.
