2. Exceptional Customer Service - Guide clients seamlessly through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally to build trust and long-term loyalty.
3. Social Media & Digital Marketing - Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns on Chinese social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Little Red Book, etc.) to enhance property visibility and attract qualified leads.
- Leverage multimedia content (virtual tours, live streams, testimonials) to engage potential buyers and drive sales.
4. Business Development & Networking - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through community networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Strengthen relationships with Chinese diaspora communities, investors, and real estate professionals to expand market reach.
5. Market Analysis & Strategy Development - Monitor UK property market trends, pricing dynamics, and investment opportunities to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Adapt sales strategies based on market insights to maximize client satisfaction and sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Sales Acumen: Prior sales experience (preferably in real estate) with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (written/spoken); strong English skills preferred for cross-team collaboration.
- Passion for Real Estate: Keen interest in the UK property market, with a commitment to staying updated on trends, regulations, and investment opportunities.
- Networking & Relationship Management: Strong ability to build rapport with clients, negotiate effectively, and foster partnerships.
