The Facility
The regional hospital serves as a major referral centre for a broad catchment, delivering comprehensive acute and specialist care. Its oncology service is a flagship unit—providing inpatient and outpatient cancer treatment including chemotherapy, coordinating with radiation therapy partners, conducting multidisciplinary case-conferences and supporting clinical trials. The team works in a supportive environment with strong ties to education, training and professional development for staff passionate about oncology care in a regional setting.
The Requirements - Fellowship of the Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) is preferred, as recognised by the Australian Medical Council with AHPRA Specialist Registration.
