What you’ll do: - Lead and manage data assurance engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets client expectations and regulatory standards
- Coach and develop audit teams, fostering technical excellence and professional growth
- Engage with clients to understand their data environments, identify risks, and recommend improvements in data quality and governance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in data assurance methodology and client service delivery
What we’re looking for: - Proven experience managing data assurance, data analytics, or audit engagements within professional services or industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams and build strong client relationships
- Deep understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality management, and relevant auditing standards
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic mindset

Higher grades will receive a salary range above this in line with the salary bands for these positions.
