This is a strategically vital role, directly supporting our ambition to be recognised as a globally connected university with a strong international presence. The post-holder will lead the development and delivery of innovative strategies that attract high-quality international students, expand transnational education (TNE) provision, and grow sustainable income streams from international markets. Working closely with colleagues across faculties and professional services, the Director will champion Ulster University’s offer on the world stage, building relationships that deliver long-term benefit for the institution and our communities. The role will require a visionary leader who can blend strategic insight, commercial acumen, and cultural intelligence to navigate the competitive global higher education landscape.
