• Will contribute as an effective member of a multidisciplinary team.

• Will facilitate and provide quality patient care by effectively and efficiently managing available time and resources, displaying professional leadership and clinical competence. Will improve existing nursing practice in compliance with the NMBI recommendations.

• As a Staff Nurse in Anesthetics, you will participate in continuing professional development within the department to meet current and future service demands and innovations in anesthetic nursing.

• The Staff Nurse will communicate with the Clinical Coordinator and give assistance as needed.

• The Staff Nurse in Anesthetics will manage day-to-day operational requirements and work closely with members of other departments.

• Responsibility for guaranteeing the operation of safe equipment and appropriate supplies in an effectively organized manner.

​Requirements

• NMBI Registered General Nurse license in good standing.
• BLS & ACLS
• Minimum Two year post registration experience in an acute hospital setting, preferably in Anesthetic
• A management course is desirable.
• Have proven clinical ability and communication skills.
